Terms and conditions:  Graytech Systems provides IT related services and products. Graytech Systems does not support Spamming or any form of network abuse and enforces  policies in line with the upstream provider. Graytech Systems does not allow illegal use of its services, the subscriber herein must conform to laws governing transmission and communications law of South Africa. Sending unsolicited mail messages, including, without limitation, Make-Money-Fast (MMF) schemes, chain letters, commercial advertising and informational announcements, is explicitly prohibited. A user shall not use another site's mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site.

 

All cancellations from client must be done in form of email to info@graytechsystems.co.za and must be on a 30 calendar month notice.  No refunds are processed on cancellation. If a user is on contract and cancels, all cancellations carry a penalty equal too installation fee (Between R1999-R3500) which is payable immediately. All data will be forfeited at the point of cancellation. All equipment installed belongs to Graytech systems. Graytech Systems reserves the right to install any type of network equipment, new or refurbished, in whichever means necessary to be able to provide internet services. Installations are done at the client's risk, our technicians are trained to take precautions during installations but Graytech Systems is not responsible for any damage done during installation, while network network equipment is installed or removal of network equipment. Installation fee only covers for labour and not equipment.At the point of cancellation Graytech Systems shall send its technicians to decommission the equipment. Failure to allow Graytech technicians to remove the equipment within 30days after cancellation will result in the user being charged an amount equal to equipment cost. The cost of relocating or moving to another place shall be between R350-R2500 to cater for call out and labour.

Please note our network speeds may vary from time to time depending on general network usage in the area. Web-based speed-tests are not reliable and will not be accepted by Graytech Systems as conclusive proof of non-performance. If a support call is logged with Graytech Systems, Graytech Systems shall use industry accepted tests in a controlled test environment to verify the performance of the Link. Network outages may occur in these may be caused by a number of factors some beyond our control such as loss of connectivity from uplink provider, maintenance, vandalism, theft, fibre breaks, tower damages etc.

 

Payments for all services are due on the last day of each month, all services are prepaid ie. payment for the month of March should be in by the last day February. All payments must be made by transfer, cash deposit or debit order or Credit Card . Bank account.Payments must be done every month till a 30 day notice of cancellation is given, users may not skip a month or skip a payment to then resume later. Any outstanding payments will result in services being cut by the 1st of the following month and all amounts will still be outstanding. Graytech Systems reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any moment it recognises the inability to provide a service to the client. The client is allowed a cool off period of 7 days from date of installation of which in the event they are not happy with the services they may cancel without penalties but only used data will be charged at R20 per Gigabyte.
